The villa is situated above the Marina of Albufeira (yacht harbour), close to restaurants and cafes, shops and supermarkets, at walking distnace 500 m from the Old Town and 1.2 km from the central beach Praia dos Pescadores in Albufeira.</strong><br><br>The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The accommodation offers a garden with trees and a beautiful pool. </p><p>Please, note: this is a holiday villa for families and responsible adults above 25 years of age. Group of youngsters under 25 years are not welcome.<br>In the high season the obligatory changeover day at this villa is SATURDAY.<br>The security deposit is to be paid in cash by the arrival to the keyholder, it will be returned by the departure.<br>Check-in from 16:00. Check-out before 10:00.<strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>Payment terms:<br></strong>Payment only possible with bank transfer or with credit card via PayPal (5% transaction fee applies).<br>Deposit payment is 30% of the rental fee, to be paid within 24 hours of receving the invoice.<br>The final payment is 70% of the rental fee, to be paid 60 days before the arrival.<br>By bookings with an arrival date within 60 days the full amount is due within 24 hours of the booking.<br>Payments are non refundable.</p>
