Group of youngsters under 25 years is not welcome.<br />Non smoking accommodation. Pets are not allowed.<br />The pool heating is optional, to be paid extra. It should be requested at least 48 hours in advance.<br />Arrival between 16:00 - 20:00. Departure between 08:00 - 10:00.<br />The security deposit needs to be paid in cash to the keyholder by the arrival, it will be returned by the departure.</p>
